The following issues were discussed and concluded:
1) PAAG
a) Review of last PAAG meeting minutes.
b) Discussion on proposed agenda for next meeting.
c) Discussion on additional candidates for PAAG membership.
d) Discussion on future schedule for PAAG meeting towards the second week in July, circulation of invitation together with the meeting minutes and agenda.
2) Steve shared some concerns about certain Aegis practices which compromise customer service, including but not limited to:
a) “Concealed” dosing to patients.
b) Increasing cash rates as it relates to patients on take-homes.
c) Loss of takes-home privileges due to employment termination.
d) Clinic objection to traveling “exceptions”
e) The undersign has described to Steve the role of the Ombudsman and has proposed a meeting between the three.
3) Steve has raised
useful suggestions or recommendations of MA 12-Steps Groups in
a) Participations of relapsing patients.
b) Participation of patients with take-home privileges.
c) Steve’s interaction with counselors.

alternatives for outreach implementation in the
