The Patient
Advisory & Advocacy Group (“PAAG”)
is committed to represent and pursue
the best interests of the opiate dependent
patient and all other substance dependent
patients or clients in the population
served by Aegis Medical Systems, Inc.
(“AMS”), Aegis Institute,
Inc., (“AI”) and Nationwide
Medical Group, Inc. (“NMG”),
collectively hereafter called “Aegis”.
PAAG will support Aegis efforts to
improve and enhance patient care through
research and development of new treatment
modalities, provision of extensive
and comprehensive treatment services
as well as raising the effectiveness
of the existing programs.

PAAG will provide fair and
honest advice to Aegis and government agencies
regarding patients’ unmet needs, recommended
changes to Aegis policies, protocols and
procedures (“PP&Ps”), as
well as any unlawful or unfair practices
taking place in Aegis.
PAAG is also committed to express concerns
and opinions on provisions of the law and
regulations, which are adversarial to the
best interest of the patients, and will
do so whether independently or jointly together
with Aegis.
Members of PAAG act professionally, conservatively
and constructively and shall in no way compromise
their integrity by taking advantage of their
influential position.
